Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local/regional routes within Pennsylvania and surrounding states
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Complete accurate paperwork including delivery logs, manifests, and vehicle inspections
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch team regarding route status and delays
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial trucking experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area and regional highways
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 23+ years of age with valid US passport or permanent residency
