Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes within Pennsylvania and Virginia
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Flexibility for overnight trips and early morning starts
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices
