Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated)
- Execute multi-state deliveries with strict adherence to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Optimize routes for timely delivery in high-demand markets
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments
- Handle hazardous materials endorsements when required
- Uphold company safety protocols and customer service standards
- Utilize telematics systems for fleet efficiency tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (3+ years experience)
- TWIC card and Hazmat certification preferred
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Texas roadways
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work variable shifts
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong problem-solving and navigation skills
