Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vehicles safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical) and Medical Card.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent serious violations.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and cargo handling.
