Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A/B CDL) for local/regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles before/during/after trips for safety compliance
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility for early morning/evening/weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems
