Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (flatbed, dry van) for local/regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of goods in pristine condition
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Current DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Proficiency in GPS navigation and electronic logging devices
- Strong defensive driving skills in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass mandatory background checks and drug screenings
- Knowledge of Southwest regional routes preferred
