Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain orderly conduct on the bus per school policies
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete accurate trip logs and incident reports
- Ensure bus cleanliness and minor maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts CDL with passenger endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate bus steps
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility for early morning/afternoon shifts
