Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicle
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during rides
- Efficiently navigate Buffalo's streets using GPS apps
- Complete trips accurately through partner platform
- Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Excellent local knowledge of Buffalo area
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours/weekends
- Must own insured vehicle (2010 or newer)
