Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes while adhering to strict delivery schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Chicago metro roadways
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
