Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Dallas Metroplex
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (must pass inspection) or ability to use company vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
