Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery protocols while operating the vehicle.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
- Interact positively with customers, ensuring a professional and courteous service experience.
- Utilize mobile applications to track delivery status, log hours, and navigate routes efficiently.
- Handle package handling with care, ensuring items are not damaged during transit.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding uniform standards and behavior on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation apps and delivery logging tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Reliable personal transportation and valid auto insurance.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
