Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Update delivery status accurately in the dispatch software upon completion.
- Handle cash or digital payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders when applicable.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for accessing navigation and delivery apps.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
