Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods across Nashville and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle special delivery requests and priority shipments with urgency
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Nashville metro area and Tennessee roadways
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
