Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods across Nashville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle inventory documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Nashville area roadways
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
