Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver goods to customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and mileage (DOT compliant).
- Load and unload cargo securely using appropriate equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license (required).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT card).
- Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
