Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in New York City.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and placed in designated areas.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate New York traffic efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
