Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and small trucks) throughout Arlington, VA and surrounding regions.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to all safety and weight regulations.
- Perform daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and paperwork for every stop.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local travel (if required by shift schedule).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
