Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules and address exceptions
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting, loading, and unloading packages when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery software
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
