Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks for regional freight transport
- Plan efficient routes across Bay Area using GPS navigation systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load updates
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial freight experience
- Knowledge of Bay Area geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong time management and communication skills
