Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class-A commercial vehicles to transport freight between Oahu and neighbor islands
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT/Hawaii DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class-A license with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Hawaii's terrain and roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
