Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Drive delivery vehicles to designated addresses in a timely and safe manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during the delivery process.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain electronic or digital signatures when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment inside and outside the vehicle.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery data.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
