Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation apps
- Reliable transportation to our Austin hub
