Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time deliveries
- Load/unload cargo securely using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and vendors
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Must be 21+ years of age with reliable transportation
