Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (gravel, asphalt, demolition debris)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient route planning
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Nashville metro area routes
- DOT medical certification
