Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites and industrial routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and perform basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of materials transported
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch teams for efficient operations
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with precision and care
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta metro area and surrounding routes
- Physical ability to operate heavy equipment in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
