Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain clean and professional vehicle appearance
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Proven expertise in dump truck operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Virginia Beach area routes
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
