Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for construction and demolition material transport
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Navigate diverse job sites while maintaining delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- DOT medical certification and physical ability to operate heavy equipment
- Familiarity with Virginia roadways and construction zones
