Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to customers across Austin metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timely arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle servicing
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone proficiency with delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin streets and neighborhoods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
