Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling questions and providing exceptional service.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Log delivery information accurately into the delivery management system.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on the road.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access for navigation and communication.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow a delivery route efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
