Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated delivery locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during the delivery process.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and perform minor maintenance checks as needed.
- Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
- Update delivery status and manage electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) systems.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
