Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently onto delivery vehicles.
- Drive delivery trucks to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Verify package contents and ensure they match delivery tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong sense of direction and map reading skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
