Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages within Memphis, VA
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation for timely deliveries
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and daily inspection logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report traffic issues or delivery obstacles promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds
- Strong knowledge of Memphis, VA streets and landmarks
