Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the San Antonio area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and potential delays
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain organized cargo space
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery, commercial, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
