Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans/trucks) in a professional and timely manner.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are accounted for and handled with care.
- Verify addresses and deliver items to the correct location with a friendly demeanor.
- Collect payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders accurately.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, tires, lights) and report any issues.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS navigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
