Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated residential and business addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify delivery details, obtain electronic signatures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times.
- Utilize the company mobile app for route planning, navigation, and order updates.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle package exceptions (mis-deliveries, damages) according to protocol.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong navigation skills with a smartphone (iOS or Android).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to the local depot for shift start.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
