Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in Charlotte, VA, and surrounding areas efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all packages are delivered in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately and adhere to company policies.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines at all times.
- Complete required paperwork and digital logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills for digital logging and payment processing.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned depot.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
