Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Safely load/unload freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight distribution and delivery documentation
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored orientation
- Positive attitude and reliable transportation to depot
