Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and safe delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers in Milwaukee, WI and Florida.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Verify and record the condition of merchandise upon delivery, obtaining signatures as required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues or complaints efficiently.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
- Log delivery information accurately into the company mobile application.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age (21+ for Florida, 18+ for Wisconsin depending on specific route requirements).
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use a company-provided vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and route logging.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
