Responsibilities
- Safely Transport Packages: Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients politely and handling packages with care.
- Route Management: Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and punctuality for every stop.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs and paperwork, including proof of delivery and mileage.
- Problem Solving: Address any delivery issues or customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Vehicle Access: Have access to a reliable vehicle (2-door or 4-door car, SUV, or van) and valid insurance.
