As a key member of our fleet, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and on time. We value punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude above all else.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Packages: Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and resolve minor delivery issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Route Planning: Follow designated delivery routes and adhere to time schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Documentation: Complete delivery logs, receipts, and inspection reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle (training provided).
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read maps or GPS devices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
