Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial clients across the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Current auto insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local errands (if applicable to specific role).
