Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers in a timely manner.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring items are handled with care and are not damaged.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any delivery concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Update delivery status and log paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic computer skills for navigation and logging purposes.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local driving (if applicable) or willingness to use company vehicle.
