Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across Indianapolis and Ohio border regions.
- Utilize handheld devices to verify delivery details and capture proof of delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including ringing doorbells and communicating clearly with recipients.
- Load and unload merchandise from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, including cleaning the interior and checking tire pressure.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (CDL not required for this position).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (no major moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local distribution center.
