Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Handle cash transactions and collect payments when required
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Philadelphia neighborhoods and major roadways
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and GPS navigation
