Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in all weather conditions and traffic situations.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Verify delivery contents against invoices and ensure customer signatures are obtained.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50-100 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
