Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Professional interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and fuel efficiency of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurate logging of mileage, delivery times, and proof of delivery (POD).
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Picking up and dropping off shipments as scheduled and managed in the dispatch system.
- Performing basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record with no DUI or serious traffic violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for accessing delivery apps and logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and handle physical demands.
