Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Kansas City metro area.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including regular cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and handling package handling with care.
- Utilize handheld technology to track routes and manage delivery confirmations accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and manage returns or exchanges professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ownership of a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
