Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize delivery efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with El Paso area
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation to/from depot (if using personal vehicle)
