Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in Oakland and surrounding areas.
- Inspect vehicle before and after every shift to ensure it is clean and in proper working condition.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Update delivery status and route information using the company’s mobile application.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash or card payments and process returns as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
