Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods on strict timelines
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and obstacles
- Represent the company professionally with all client interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse and delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A/B/C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
